Group Learning Objectives
Develop a shared language and understanding of industrial healthcare and careful and kind care within a small group
Collectively reflect on personal and professional stories in connection with course concepts
Connect with a passionate and inspiring community, motivated to make a difference
Work together to design an intervention - “mini-revolution” - to make change happen
Who should we invite to be part of the group?
We encourage you to think expansively about who you invite to participate.
Patients and caregivers from inside and outside a given organization are welcome and add great value to the learning experience for all.
Students and other trainees, recent hires, support staff, and alumni can also bring a unique perspective and provide an opportunity to understand an organization's challenges and opportunities in new ways.
