Molly is a healthcare advocate, medical billing specialist, and former arts educator whose personal and professional journey has uniquely positioned her to influence systemic change in the healthcare sector. Diagnosed with GPA Vasculitis with renal involvement in 2024, Molly brings both the insight of a patient and the expertise of a medical A/R specialist with over a decade of experience in Tulsa.

A graduate of the University of Richmond with a BA in Sociology, she began her career in New York City, developing arts education programs for underserved communities through the Lincoln Center Institute. Her early work in nonprofit education instilled a lifelong commitment to equity and advocacy for marginalized populations. After the 2008 economic downturn, Molly transitioned into medical billing and coding—a field she initially embraced for its stability, but which she has since seen erode under the weight of profit-driven systems.

Her dual perspective as both a patient and a healthcare professional fuel her drive to dismantle barriers to care and empower others with knowledge. Molly is passionate about creating accessible resources, from patient education materials to webinars demystifying insurance processes.

She believes that compassion, transparency, and collaboration are essential to transforming healthcare. As she puts it, “A person with a ‘why’ can bear almost any ‘how’”—a philosophy that guides her advocacy and her fight for a more humane, inclusive healthcare system.
