Kathy Wilde

Care in Concert co-chair

For nearly 45 years, Kathy devoted herself to nursing, in roles ranging from staff nurse to Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President for Patient Care. Her career has spanned academic medical centers, a large nonprofit health system, and a public safety-net hospital—each deepening her commitment to caring for people with dignity and compassion.

Throughout decades of executive leadership she has been a champion for person-centered care redesign, experience improvement, quality, operational excellence, and the mentoring of emerging leaders. Her work has helped shape more humane, collaborative approaches to healthcare. Now a Patient Revolution (TPR) board member, Kathy brings professional insight, personal conviction, a deep sense of commitment, and positive energy as she supports the organization’s movement for human-centered care.  She is also co-chair of Care in Concert, a benefit to support TPR.
